The Guiding Principles and Rules of Baudhik Jan Kalyan Trust
1. Membership Rules
- Any citizen of India above 18 years of age, who believes in the objectives of the Trust, can become a member.
- Membership is subject to the approval of the Executive Committee.
- Members must pay the prescribed subscription fee regularly to maintain active status.
- The Trust reserves the right to reject any membership application without assigning any reason.
2. Code of Conduct
- All members and volunteers must maintain high ethical standards and respect diversity.
- Members must work selflessly for the welfare of society without any personal or political motives.
- Any activity detrimental to the Trust's reputation will lead to immediate termination of membership.
- Discrimination on the basis of caste, creed, religion, or gender is strictly prohibited within the Trust.
3. Financial Transparency
- The Trust maintains proper books of accounts for all incoming and outgoing funds.
- Accounts are audited annually by a qualified Chartered Accountant appointed by the committee.
- Funds are strictly utilized for charitable purposes as outlined in the Trust Deed.
- Annual financial reports are made available to all registered members for review.
4. Volunteer Guidelines
- Volunteers must register through the official portal and undergo a brief orientation.
- Punctuality and commitment are expected for all assigned tasks and campaigns.
- Volunteers represent the Trust and must behave courteously with beneficiaries and the public.
- Certificates of appreciation are awarded based on the hours and impact of volunteer work.
5. Donation Policies
- All donations must be made through official channels (Bank Transfer, Official UPI, or Cheque).
- Cash donations above the legally permissible limit are not accepted.
- Official receipts will be issued for all donations received.
- Donors can request their funds to be allocated to specific ongoing projects.
